Like other cooperative extensions across the country, CCE’s decentralized operating environment, highly specific reporting requirements, and grant fiduciary responsibilities require advanced accounting software to meet its needs.
After using another system for years, CCE came to recognize the inefficiencies and limitations in its processes which included significant manual effort to meet grant-reporting requirements and lack of visibility into local office operations. In addition, CCE desired to move to a cloud solution that could enhance data security and alleviate the technical burden on its IT staff.
